ARHHH I GIVE UP LA
i can't survive without junk food :(
i think i'm gonna stay fat forever.

yesterday was so hard on me.
the night before i ate fruits for dinner,
in the morning i ate fruits for breakfast,
then i skipped lunch.
then after I accompanied xiang to play lan.

GAWD THE TEMPTATION was unbearable.
first joey kept buying soft drinks.
then my tummy started to make noise
then i started to think about all the delicious food i used to eat at parklane,
CURRY PUFF, BARLEY WATER, DEEP FRIED WANTON
CHICKEN RICE..
OMG OMG OMG who could resist all this yummy food :(
in the end I ate all of the above...
this is so saddening la!
IT'S ALL XIANG'S FAULT...
shouldn't haven gone out with him >=

I'm gonna start dieting food for a month
starting TML!
that means,
no eating rice
no eating meat
no eating oily stuff
no more soft drinks
JUST FRUITS AND VEGETABLES.
AND EXERCISE EVERY SINGLE DAY :)

I'M GONNA SLIM DOWN AND BECOME FIT!

I don't know why I feel so bothered about somethings
I feel disappointed, shunned away,outcasted.
everything's in a total mess.

There's this part in the 9pm show today which I found quite funny.
